I just wanted to let you know what an amazing time Matt and I had in Egypt and in Italy. Your local representatives were consistently professional, helpful and knowledgeable, on time and caring about our well being. Your help before and throughout the trip was also key in ensuring a wonderful experience.

 

Thanks for your availability, all the quick responses and the detail you put into the planning. (For instance, your arrangements for us to receive two bottles of water every night on the cruise ship was more convenient and helpful than I could have realized and something I never would have thought to ask for if booking directly.

 

It was also great to have all tips included ahead of time.)This was the longest vacation Matt and I have had in many, many years. And, we both agree it was one of the best we've ever had. The excitement of seeing all that Egypt has to offer, combined with the knowledge and helpfulness of the guides and the nice accommodations made it unforgettable.

>Hello Brian, My wife and I recently got back from our amazing honeymoon. The whole trip was booked by consultant Brian Richards. His customer service from start to finish was stellar!

 

In the early plan stages we discussed several different tours, and he helped me make my decision as to where/what to do. As for the options for flights we went over this in great detail. My wife hates flying so we were trying to make it the most convenient as possible. Brian had lots of patience with the back and forth getting the best air accommodations.

 

We had an issue with the tour group's initial flight they put us on, and once again Brian Richards helped sort out the matter. He has been very helpful with the whole trip, and part of its success is due to his great work. I just wanted to thank you for all of you hard work helping me with the bus tour for Heather and John Patchett.  You went above and beyond the call of duty.  They are finally in England and on day one of the trip.  They had a few gliches at the airport in London, but was cleared up.  nothing to do with you or globus.  we had a few issues, but thanks to you, we made it through.  once again, thanks for all of your hard work.  hope you had a fantastic Easter.!
